RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact us within 3 days of receipt. A photograph of any damage or fault should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This would be our first step in deciding with you how best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
We may ask for the item to be returned to us and will either send replacement products or issue a full refund. Postage of returned faulty goods will be refunded.
If, however, the goods are no longer required or the incorrect size we will expect the customer to pay the costs of returning the item. We will then refund the cost of the goods in full providing they are returned to us in a resaleable condition.
Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.
Guarantees & Warranties.
Some of our goods carry lifetime guarantees by the manufacturer and as the retailer we honour these in full if the materials or manufacturing process is at fault. Accidental damage is excluded from these guarantees. We do reserve the right to repair items but if satisfactory repair is not possible then we would offer replacement or refund.
